TL;DR
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors): Implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules and BIB integrations within SAP ecosystems with an accent on cross-functional integration and international project delivery. Focus on designing seamless integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments to ensure high-quality delivery for diverse clients.

Location: Hybrid (1 day/week); Must be based in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, Portugal. Must have Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations.
  • Manage BIB integrations within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Design and implement integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in SuccessFactors Learning and BIB integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Experience in international project environments.
  • English: C1 fluency required.
  • Location: Based in Portugal (Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra).
