What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional expert for clients across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite enhancements including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom records.
• Manage and prioritize support requests and execute small-to-medium projects such as module rollouts or process redesigns.
• Conduct regular system reviews to recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client business goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate custom scripts, integrations, and complex solution designs.
• Build proactive relationships with stakeholders and lead quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience in configuration and solution design.
• Expertise in at least two process areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Fulfillment, or Projects.
• Must be based in Peru.
• English proficiency: C1 level and fluency in Spanish.
• SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and ERP Consultant certifications.
• Experience managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Professional Services or SaaS environments.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on SuiteScript and APIs.
