Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365 F&O)

TL;DR

Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365 F&O): Leading implementation efforts for Finance in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with an accent on business process and application design. Focus on configuring AR, AP, GL and fixed assets modules and guiding clients through best practices to ensure system alignment with business goals.

Location: Remote in the United States. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. In-person work at offices in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN is encouraged and at times required.

Salary: $130,500 - $164,500

What you will do

• Design finance solutions and perform system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to extract business requirements and present technical visions.
• Develop solution proposals and execution plans including scope, assumptions, and technology options.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance in the finance functional area while identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Perform demonstrations of D365 Finance as part of the proof of concept and Joint Process Design methodology.
• Communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• 5-8+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading D365 F&O implementations.
• At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations focused on Finance.
• Experience with D365 F&O modules: AR, AP, collections, GL, and fixed assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
