What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations from Discovery through Design, Build, Test, and Hypercare.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configurations aligned with best practices.
• Support customers in Managed Services by troubleshooting functional issues and delivering continuous improvements.
• Configure core Financials and Operations modules, including R2R, O2C, P2P, and banking reconciliations.
• Facilitate functional workshops and manage UAT, cutover planning, and Go-Live execution.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Saved Searches and support data migration via CSV.

Requirements

• Must be based in Uruguay.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
• Professional English proficiency for global collaboration and documentation.
• Strong functional expertise in NetSuite Financials and core business processes.
• Ability to work autonomously in an offshore model with availability between 15:00–18:00 CET.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Financial User).
• Spanish language proficiency for finance and business communication.
• Knowledge of EMEA localizations, VAT, and country-specific tax reporting.
• Experience with iPaaS, AP automation, and OCR solutions.
