What you will do
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen strategic storytelling and leadership communications.
- Develop and implement a global internal communications strategy that translates company purpose into clear narratives.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams to align strategic communications agendas.
- Create and maintain future-proof internal communication platforms and channels.
- Conduct audience and campaign research to generate insights and improve communication effectiveness.
- Advise senior leadership on internal communication best practices and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Corporate Communications, People/Change Management, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in a global corporate environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong background in strategic storytelling and developing high-impact communication concepts.
- Experience managing internal digital communication channels and platforms.
- English: Excellent command required (verbal and written).
