What you will do

• Design and review technical architectures for custom development, integrations, and data migrations ensuring security and maintainability.
• Build and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato.
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ solutions and cross-system contract lifecycle strategy (CLM).
• Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein AI, to deliver business value.
• Mentor and develop other Salesforce engineers through architecture guidance and design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to co-design solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce (5+ years in complex enterprise environments).
• 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years of experience building integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (5+ years) and experience configuring Ironclad or similar CLM tools (2+ years).
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling, including Gearset, Salesforce DX, and Git-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay or comparable GTM workflow automation platforms.
• Core Pardot experience.
• Relevant certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or CPQ Specialist.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and solve business problems.
