What you will do

• Architect and implement cutting-edge scientific and ML software alongside subject matter experts.
• Maintain and extend scientific software packages throughout their full lifecycle.
• Deploy modules into the simulation platform using containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define API endpoints and schemas, collaborating with the engineering team on UI components.
• Support and maintain production deployments of scientific software packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, biology, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and numeric libraries like Numpy.
• Experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch.
• Proficiency with git, Unix/Linux, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Experience using LLM tools to build maintainable and secure code.

Nice to have

• Experience with open source scientific libraries such as OpenMM, RDKit, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with modern deep learning architectures.
• Knowledge of drug discovery and drug development processes.
