What you will do

• Develop comprehensive automated test suites and validation systems for the control plane of a global ad tech platform.
• Collaborate with platform and feature engineers to integrate quality strategies directly into the SDLC.
• Drive daily test result reviews, issue diagnosis, and root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Architect and maintain software/data test automation frameworks and related tooling.
• Provide technical leadership in designing testable platform applications and data models.
• Design performance tests, load models, and profiling tools to identify systemic bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing automated validation systems or developer tooling.
• Experience validating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
• Proficiency in designing and building simulation software for functional and performance validation.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript (Node, React) and Golang.
• Experience with performance test design, load modeling, and profiling.
