hirify.global is a Series C startup building an AI-native platform to protect organizations from social engineering, phishing, and AI-powered threats.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain company-wide financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin analysis.
  • Manage headcount data and execute monthly and quarterly forecasting processes with variance analysis.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track key financial and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and People teams to align financial plans.
  • Prepare financial narratives and KPI analysis for executive leadership and board reporting.
  • Optimize FP&A systems and implement AI-enabled workflows to automate analysis.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Experience with forecasts and operating models in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Excel Copilot) to improve productivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
