What you will do

• Maintain dynamic budget review processes and prepare budget vs. actuals reporting for senior management.
• Own the end-to-end Ramp workflow and implement improvements to accelerate the AP cycle.
• Develop procurement processes, manage vendor renewal calendars, and build detailed cost models.
• Coordinate R&D tax credit data and complete corporate filings, banking relationships, and administration tasks.
• Manage business insurance applications and policy requirements specific to healthcare operations (MSO/PC structure).

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or operations, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
• 2 years of investment banking experience at a top financial institution.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site/hybrid work.
• Proficiency with financial tools; familiarity with Ramp or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional work with legal, HR, and leadership.
