What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle for AI data center builds, from design review through operational handoff.
• Drive operational readiness for AI and HPC workloads, including GPU clusters and high-bandwidth networking fabrics.
• Coordinate with critical facilities teams on power (EPMS), cooling, and BAS systems to support high-density infrastructure.
• Manage global vendor partners and integrators across electrical, mechanical, networking, and compute domains.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of integration engineers and program managers.
• Champion process standardization and automation to accelerate integration cycles and reduce operational toil.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hyperscale data center operations, infrastructure program management, or systems integration.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-site programs delivering significant capacity (100+ MW or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in GPU compute environments and high-bandwidth networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with critical facilities systems (EPMS, BAS, UPS, generators) and commissioning processes.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in VA, US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
