Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS/SalesOps): Managing territory execution and strategic alignment between operations and execution with an accent on quote-to-cash processes, deal structures, and system enhancements. Focus on optimizing revenue workflows, scaling operational efficiency using AI tools, and ensuring compliance across the Americas and APAC regions.

Location: San Francisco, California. Must be based in the US

Salary: $104,000 — $160,600 USD

What you will do

  • Manage territory execution across assigned regions to ensure bookings accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to support complex deal structures and controls.
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, including troubleshooting reconciliations.
  • Develop business performance reporting and dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with Business Technology teams to drive system enhancements and lead UAT participation.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of operations systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Tableau.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes and their operational impact.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
