Salary: $104,000 — $160,600 USD

What you will do
- Manage territory execution across assigned regions to ensure bookings accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Act as the subject matter expert for complex, high-value, and non-standard transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to support complex deal structures and controls.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, including troubleshooting reconciliations.
- Develop business performance reporting and dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Partner with Business Technology teams to drive system enhancements and lead UAT participation.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
- Advanced knowledge of operations systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Tableau.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes and their operational impact.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
