What you will do

• Lead project teams to ensure the timely, high-quality installation and commissioning of EV solutions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from purchase order handoff to final customer sign-off.
• Resolve complex logistical challenges and technical escalations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform field commissioning, preventative maintenance, and warranty services on Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of technical best practices.
• Draft detailed technical reports and deliver training sessions for technicians and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, site engineering, or field engineering.
• Deep understanding of DC systems, EV charging systems, and general electrical commissioning.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Must be based in Canada.
