What you will do

• Lead comprehensive consulting engagements, including preparation, onsite assessments, and formal recommendations for healthcare clients.
• Develop strategic remediation options and solve complex operational problems in sterile processing departments.
• Perform detailed process mapping, capacity studies, and equipment requirement forecasting to meet future demands.
• Build rapport and deliver high-level presentations to senior healthcare executives, including CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.
• Provide professional guidance and direction to junior team members during project execution.
• Identify and pitch new business development opportunities to expand the consulting portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in multiple healthcare systems, specifically within Peri-operative Services or Central Service Departments.
• Must be based in the United States with proximity to a major airport.
• Ability to travel up to 70% annually via air and car, including occasional weekends.
• BA/BS degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years of related healthcare industry experience.
• Valid government-issued driver's license and passport.
• Ability to pass annual Vendor Credentials for entry into patient care areas (including vaccinations).

Nice to have

• Certification in LEAN Management or 6 Sigma.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management position.
