Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings to develop actionable insights for internal and external teams.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary for efficient reporting.
• Independently manage client communications, meeting facilitation, and project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal firm business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and Commercial Analytics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
