What you will do

• Develop backend architecture and services supporting online features for NBA hirify.global.
• Design and optimize distributed systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Build large-scale computing solutions capable of handling millions of concurrent players.
• Develop efficient database structures and queries for high-volume real-time transactions.
• Deliver stable, high-performance backend services with a focus on low latency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to enable seamless online gameplay experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend and server-side systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, with a strong preference for Python.
• Experience with multithreaded programming in large-scale, real-time environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in large-scale software development.

Nice to have

• Experience developing secure transaction systems, including virtual currency and account-based features.
• Familiarity with online gaming architectures and live service design.
• Experience in video game console development.
