What you will do

• Partner with brand revenue leadership to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Own the end-to-end analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, including payout calculations and seller statements.
• Design and implement scalable, automated systems using financial systems and AI-based tools to streamline business analysis.
• Perform profitability and performance analysis by salesperson and brand to steer strategic investments.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial workflows and reporting systems to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Finance to scale financial infrastructure supporting revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.
• Must be based in the US with valid work authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Proven track record of supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with automation platforms.
