What you will do

• Own the day-to-day performance and results of live agent collections teams.
• Establish measurable performance baselines and build a sustainable performance management infrastructure.
• Optimize operational workflows and manage capacity planning to resolve bottlenecks.
• Coach and develop front-line managers to build leadership depth within the organization.
• Translate operational realities into clear reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive collections experience with a track record of improving performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume collections operations, including workflows and capacity planning.
• Experience building and running performance management frameworks, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and maintaining standards and culture remotely.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel as required, approximately 6+ times per year.
