Location: Remote (Must be able to work EST hours)

What you will do
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat by identifying the nature of problems through inquisitive questioning.
- Troubleshoot product and training-related questions to ensure client success.
- Document issues and provide resolutions within Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meevo products, integrations, and internal business processes.
- Actively listen to and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- Availability to work EST hours: M-F 11:30AM to 8:15PM and Sat 9:00AM-5:45PM.
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
- Reliable Internet Service Provider.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical savviness and the ability to learn new software/hardware quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry.
