What you will do
- Handle inbound customer cancellation calls to maximize customer retention.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to resolve failed subscription payments.
- Provide proactive support and active listening to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Evangelize 's mission and consult customers on best practices for online identity protection.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning product solutions with unique customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices to serve as a trusted resource.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales or retention experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think creatively to solve customer needs.
- Self-motivated, engaging personality, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work 9am - 6pm MT (8am - 5pm MT on Saturdays) with Thursdays and Sundays off.
