What you will do

• Resolve customer issues regarding billing modules via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot simple to moderately complex system issues independently or collaboratively.
• Document user problems using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems.
• Stay updated on product releases, AI tools, and healthcare SaaS trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America.
• Experience providing web-based application software support.
• Prior experience in a business office role within long-term care facilities.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• High computer literacy and excellent typing skills.
• Degree in Healthcare, IT, Engineering, or Business Solutions (preferred).
