What you will do
- Execute high-level GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations based on defined blueprints.
- Manage and optimize CRM data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting structures.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to translate business needs into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and configure the modern RevOps stack including LeanData, Gong, and Outreach.
- Ensure all technical implementations are rigorously tested in sandboxes before production deployment.
- Manage multiple client projects concurrently while maintaining strict time-tracking discipline.
Requirements
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing agency or consultancy.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with RevOps tools like LeanData, Gong, Outreach, or CPQ.
- Must have established work authorization and reside in the US, Canada, UK, or Australia.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).
