What you will do

• Lead financial reporting for the Corporate Executive and Sales Leadership Teams.
• Partner with the FP&A manager during budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage expense line items in collaboration with operations leadership.
• Create dynamic models to automate and streamline forecasting.
• Collaborate with the BI&A team to ensure data integrity within the Tableau environment.
• Conduct monthly close variance analysis and perform ad hoc executive projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills and professional financial modeling experience.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for corporate benefits and tax compliance.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream or Oracle EPBCS.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Professional background in Retail, Insurance, or MGA industries.
