What you will do

• Audit actual transportation performance against modeled plans to identify and quantify deviations.
• Monitor network health across lanes and hubs, surfacing trends in utilization and on-time delivery.
• Manage and optimize Transportation Logistics Scheduling (TLS) and network mapping tools.
• Develop and maintain a tradeoff framework for real-time network decision-making.
• Analyze dock congestion patterns and recommend corrective actions to improve flow.
• Assess the downstream transportation impact of proposed network changes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, network planning, or transportation operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations under time pressure.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills for daily interaction with operations leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bogotá, Colombia (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with middle mile or linehaul network operations.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms like Turvo.
• Background in volume forecasting or capacity planning.
• Experience building dashboards and operationalizing planning tools.
