What you will do

• Partner with Studio & Publishing leadership to drive growth through risk assessment, pricing, and cost control.
• Manage month-end financial reporting, FP&A, and the delivery of reliable KPIs.
• Develop decision-driven analysis and dashboards for Sales, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts linked to key performance metrics to identify profit opportunities.
• Advise on business unit contracts and reinforce internal control frameworks.
• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of finance experience in FP&A or Accounting.
• Experience building detailed financial models to analyze results against budget and forecast.
• Familiarity with GAAP, Financial Statements, and Month End Close processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Roseville, MN, US.
