ITIL Configuration Manager

TL;DR

ITIL Configuration Manager (ITSM): Enabling ITIL knowledge flow and managing the GCC Configuration Management program with an accent on content, information, and records management. Focus on optimizing service performance, managing incident and problem escalations, and aligning IT services with business objectives.

Location: 100% On-site in Fort Huachuca, AZ. Secret Clearance is required to start.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and monitor the GCC Configuration Management program.
• Manage content, information, and records using ARIMS, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive in line with Army doctrine.
• Ensure delivery according to agreed service levels, maintaining quality, availability, and performance standards.
• Monitor service metrics and manage incidents or problems escalated to your level.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Managers to ensure efficient execution of ITIL processes.
• Lead service reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives to optimize overall service performance.

Requirements

• Secret Security Clearance (Must have to start).
• One of the following certifications prior to start: Security+, CASP+, CGRC/CAP, CISSO, Cloud+, FITSP-A, GCSA, GSEC, or PenTest+.
• Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or Software Engineering (or equivalent certifications/experience).
• Experience: 2 years with a BS/BA, 4 years with an AA/AS, or 6 years without a degree.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and records management.
