What you will do

• Develop and execute Design Verification Test (DVT) plans for new liquid cooling products.
• Perform performance (ASHRAE) and reliability testing, as well as component-level validation.
• Support Factory Witness Testing (FWT) by preparing setups, validating instrumentation, and ensuring predefined conditions are met.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis related to thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and quality teams to validate designs.
• Investigate root causes for test failures and field issues using structured methods like 8D and FMEA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in product validation, test engineering, or thermal system development.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with psychrometrics and refrigeration cycles (HCFC/HFC/HFO).
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
