What you will do

• Lead product development projects for wet processing technologies, managing all mechanical design aspects of equipment and subassemblies.
• Perform theoretical calculations and analytical studies including heat transfer, structural analysis, fluids, and motion mechanisms.
• Define mechanical design specifications based on customer requirements and company capabilities.
• Develop test plans and design of experiments, directly managing prototype development and testing.
• Create and release engineering documentation through the ECO process.
• Provide hands-on assistance to the manufacturing team and collaborate with cross-functional engineering leadership.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or an MS degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Must be based in Horsham, PA.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SAP (or similar PLM systems).
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for both structural and thermal applications.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites or supplier facilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, robotics, and SEMI regulatory standards.
• Project management experience.
