Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience delivering end-to-end UX and product design solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience working within remote, cross-functional teams on complex platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with design systems, specifically component libraries and token-based workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including the use of variables.
• Experience conducting user research and discovery workshops.
