Location: Must be based in Pawtucket, RI, USA

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00/hr + Bonus Structure

What you will do

• Conduct regular drug abuse case management sessions with patients.
• Develop and revise individualized patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records.
• Coordinate care with community providers and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Provide crisis intervention and inter-agency documentation.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and procedures.
• Participate in community and public relations activities to support program goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or human services required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pawtucket, RI.
• Knowledge of addiction, treatment methods, and current trends in opioid maintenance treatment.
• Ability to handle variable workloads and high-stress situations in a medical office environment.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

• Pursuing licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
