Salary: $30.00 - $35.00/hr + Bonus Structure

What you will do

• Conduct BHG admissions using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate level of care.
• Deliver IOP curriculum including Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions.
• Develop clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans meeting regulatory requirements.
• Provide supportive individual counseling sessions for enrolled patients.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and case managers to ensure patient engagement and program success.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Must hold one of the following: GCADC-I, CADC-I, CPS-AD, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tifton, GA.
• Knowledge of substance abuse population and treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
