What you will do

• Coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage recruitment and retention of top talent to maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute business strategies to exceed revenue targets for a book of business featuring large retail brands.
• Cultivate and navigate key C-level relationships with major clients and agencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Product teams to advocate for client needs and drive product launches.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
• 3+ years of people management experience within a sales organization.
• Expertise in digital media with a strong emphasis on paid social.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging with executive-level retail stakeholders.
• Proven track record in direct advertiser sales, negotiations, and strategic partnership management.
• Must be based in person from Chicago.
