What you will do

• Handle high-exposure, complex casualty and liability claims, particularly in energy and construction.
• Lead investigations, coverage analysis, and resolution strategies for multi-million-dollar claims.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business and expand client accounts.
• Serve as a senior-facing partner and trusted advisor to clients during high-stakes situations.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and experts to manage litigated matters and complex disputes.
• Maintain a field presence for high-severity claims and catastrophe response.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Executive General Adjuster or senior-level adjuster.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex casualty losses, specifically in energy or oil & gas.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and serve as a producer in the insurance market.
• Strong background in litigation management, appraisals, and umpire work.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and industry-standard adjusting tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
