What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust commercial P&C, manufactured housing, and personal property claims.
• Negotiate settlements professionally with claimants, public adjusters, and legal counsel to reach equitable resolutions.
• Process payments and maintain precise claim records to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and support for high-value and complex multi-faceted claims.
• Perform full desk-based adjusting using modern technology, digital documentation, and remote evaluation tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record in adjusting commercial property losses and commercial casualty/liability lines.
• Direct experience handling claims related to manufactured housing and modular structures.
• Experience adjusting high-volume personal property claims.
• Active Adjuster License in good standing (or ability to quickly obtain reciprocal licensing).
• Must be based in Austin, Texas or the state of Nebraska.
• Mastery of modern claims management systems (CMS) and Google Workspace.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry designations such as AIC or SCLA.
