What you will do

• Review and analyze criminal records to assess applicant eligibility.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations.
• Manage inquiries from clients and consumers via phone and email.
• Provide guidance on screening processes and next steps.
• Audit AI-generated outputs for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workload and resolve issues.
