What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for funnel conversion and user flows.
• Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points to increase funnel efficiency.
• Design and execute A/B tests across acquisition touchpoints and in-product experiences.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of designers and engineers to rapidly iterate on improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Lifecycle teams to align funnel innovations with traffic strategies.
• Drive key outcome metrics including trial conversion, early retention, and CAC-to-LTV ratio.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or growth experience in DTC, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency and experience using tools like Tableau, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Proven track record of designing and executing experiments across user journeys.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in subscription or funnel-driven businesses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners.
