Senior Product Manager (E-commerce SaaS)

Location: Remote or in-person in Canada, except Québec, California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Texas; or in-person in NYC

Salary: $192,000 base salary plus $40,000 commission; $232,000 total compensation

hirify.global is a global marketing automation company. Alia is an e-commerce popup and engagement platform for Shopify merchants that helps grow email and SMS lists and increase revenue from existing traffic.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and scope for a new ads, media buying, and data product line.
• Lead merchant discovery to validate problems, solutions, and willingness to pay.
• Define and launch the first product version, making scope and delivery trade-offs.
• Establish success metrics covering adoption, activation, retention, and revenue, and report results to leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Engineering, and Design on pricing, go-to-market, adoption, and product delivery.
• Build product management practices at Alia, including planning, prioritization, requirements, and measurement processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B e-commerce SaaS.
• Experience in ads, media buying, and data or personalization products.
• Experience as an early startup product manager or launching a new product within an established company.
• Experience taking products from zero to one through discovery, first-version definition, launch, and early growth.
• Track record of delivering products with measurable adoption and revenue, plus hands-on pricing, packaging, or go-to-market experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, cross-functional communication, and written communication skills.
