Salary: $220,000 – $260,000 USD
What you will do
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision, strategic priorities, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Lead the evolution of scalable enterprise SaaS platforms to ensure architecture supports long-term growth and ecosystem expansion.
- Drive product prioritization and strategic trade-offs to maximize customer value and business performance.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization focused on innovation and execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch and optimize platform capabilities.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics to refine product positioning and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-year product strategies for scalable software platforms.
- Technical fluency in platform architecture, APIs, integrations, or developer-focused solutions.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Experience in regulated industries such as energy, healthcare, or finance is a strong advantage.
