Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Take ownership of discipline-specific outputs and ensure they are accurate and coordinated.
• Improve design clarity and coordination by applying engineering judgment to resolve issues.
• Strengthen client trust by being prepared, responsive, and reliable in meetings.
• Maintain alignment across disciplines by communicating clearly and ensuring decisions are understood.
• Improve project efficiency by identifying coordination gaps and offering practical suggestions.
• Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, documentation, and calculations.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage disciplines).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects.
• Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Nice to have

• Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection and model review.
• Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
• EIT, CDT, RCDD (Telecom), or PE certifications.
