What you will do

• Create original, engaging social content across multiple projects.
• Manage social calendars, assist with strategy, and develop innovative content ideas.
• Post approved content and engage with audiences while maintaining the talent's voice.
• Ideate and execute social media activations.
• Monitor digital trends (TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and provide recommendations for talent participation.
• Analyze and report weekly social media analytics and monthly growth recaps.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in iPhone video editing apps such as CapCut, Edits, and InShot.
• Professional experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Excellent copywriting, research, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of activism, social justice topics, and current events.

Nice to have

• Experience working with film/television actors or reality stars.
• Experience with advanced video editing software beyond mobile apps.
