What you will do

  • Conceptualize and create original social-first content (photo, video, text, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns and brand moments to align with marketing goals.
  • Manage the social content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze performance insights to optimize and iterate content strategies.
  • Oversee content production schedules and manage freelance creators or vendors.
  • Mentor junior team members and creators.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • 5+ years of experience in social content creation within a brand, agency, or media environment.
  • Proven portfolio of high-performing social content.
  • Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts best practices.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with influencer or UGC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social strategies and performance analytics.
