What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee network infrastructure projects including microwave and common facility upgrades.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
• Implement iterative deployment strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor project risks and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in network infrastructure and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
