What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems using LLMs to automate multi-step internal processes.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities by partnering cross-functionally across the organization.
• Develop scripts, integrations, and system-to-system connections to enable seamless data flow.
• Own AI projects end-to-end from discovery and design through implementation and iteration.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready code following rigorous engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering partners to continuously improve AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI tooling, and developing agentic or multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable, production-grade systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Strong experience with APIs and distributed system architectures (REST, event-driven).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
