What you will do

• Define technical strategy for AI system design, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise deployment for strategic customers.
• Lead lighthouse implementations to demonstrate new agentic capabilities and establish replicable patterns.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape the agentic automation roadmap based on field insights.
• Develop reference architectures for scalable, reusable AI deployments.
• Establish organizational standards for agent engineering, prompt management, and LLM operations.
• Mentor senior engineers and emerging technical leaders in architectural thinking and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in enterprise software delivery.
• Deep expertise in LLM systems, including prompt engineering and production deployment of agentic workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for building production-grade AI applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-system integrations that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading strategic technical initiatives or lighthouse implementations with enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 30-40%) and work directly in customer environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise automation platforms (hirify.global, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Background in machine learning, including custom ML models or AI Center deployments.
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and their tradeoffs.
• Experience with orchestration platforms and workflow engines.
• Contributions to open source projects or published technical content.
