What you will do

• Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives.
• Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows to extend the Arize platform for specific customer requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to influence product direction and implementation strategy.
• Define and scale technical playbooks and delivery methodologies for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications in production.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for engaging both technical teams and business executives.
