Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to state licensing requirements.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Ability to work varying shifts between 6:00 am and 12:00 am, including weeknights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior online customer support or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
