Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to state licensing requirements.
- Must be based in the US.
- Ability to work varying shifts between 6:00 am and 12:00 am, including weeknights and weekends.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
- Prior online customer support or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
