What you will do
- Deliver customer support in Dutch and English across LiveChat, email, and telephone.
- Guide players through the website and mobile app platforms, assisting them in using services and products.
- Work closely with Player Safety, Payments, and CRM departments to ensure a safe gambling experience.
- Provide useful feedback on customer experiences to improve product and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations and report non-compliance incidents.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Must be based in or have the right to work in Malta (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Experience in complex problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.
