What you will do
- Deliver prompt assistance via chat and email regarding deposit methods, current offers, and bet settlements.
- Resolve technical issues and guide clients through problem-solving processes.

- Make informed, independent decisions to address client needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Tech-savvy approach and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24/7 support team.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming sector.
- Knowledge or experience with cryptocurrency.
- Fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese.
