What you will do

  • Deliver prompt assistance via chat and email regarding deposit methods, current offers, and bet settlements.
  • Resolve technical issues and guide clients through problem-solving processes.
  • Collaborate with a diverse remote team to maintain a positive team culture.
  • Make informed, independent decisions to address client needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Tech-savvy approach and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24/7 support team.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the iGaming sector.
  • Knowledge or experience with cryptocurrency.
  • Fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese.
