What you will do

• Identify high-potential districts and help define the go-to-market strategy across Texas.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and conferences.
• Engage district leaders in discussions about their math challenges and introduce hirify.global’s approach.
• Partner with Math Success, Strategy, and Marketing to deliver compelling demos and proposals.
• Refine the go-to-market motion and help build the playbook for scaling district partnerships.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, events, and district meetings.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of ownership.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as investment banking, consulting, or early-stage startups.
• Founder mentality with a focus on improving systems and processes.
• Operator mindset combining strategy with execution.
• Experience owning the full sales cycle or delivering results in a high-performance environment.
• Location: Based in Austin, Dallas or Houston and willing to travel ~50%.
