What you will do

• Forge and cultivate authentic, trusted relationships with engaged players to foster long-term loyalty.
• Execute day-to-day VIP engagement strategies to understand and meet player needs.
• Manage all aspects of player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Lead player reactivation efforts to increase platform engagement.
• Provide proactive game offerings, promotions, and platform updates to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Alberta, Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Gaming Licenses.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as required.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make confident decisions based on data and trends.
